We guarantee professional workmanship but cannot guarantee how each specific headlight will react, cure, or age over time.

Package Longevity Disclaimer

Actual longevity may differ from advertised estimates based on vehicle conditions, environmental exposure, and maintenance.

• Basic Package:
  Estimated 3–6 months of clarity under normal conditions.
  This package is a cosmetic restoration and does not provide long-term UV protection.

• Plus Package:
  Estimated 12–24 months of clarity under normal conditions.
  Longevity depends on proper maintenance and environmental exposure.

• Elite Package (2K Clear Coat):
  Estimated 5–7 years of protection.
  Results depend on proper curing, environmental conditions, and vehicle care.
  2K clear coat may not adhere properly if previous lens repairs or coatings exist.

Not Covered Under Any Package

• Internal lens fogging or moisture

• Internal oxidation

• Cracked or broken lenses

• Headlights previously restored improperly

• Aftermarket headlights with unknown chemical composition

• Damage caused by weather, accidents, car washes, chemicals, or UV exposure

HeadlightRx is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or failure of non-OEM materials.

 

7. Liability Limitation

By booking our services, you agree that:

• HeadlightRx is not liable for pre-existing damage or lens degradation.

• HeadlightRx is not responsible for structural issues, internal moisture, or aging of the headlight housing.

• HeadlightRx is not responsible for damage caused by rust, worn seals, brittle trims, paint condition, or improper maintenance.

• Headlight restoration is a cosmetic improvement, not a mechanical repair or safety certification.

• You understand that results and longevity are not guaranteed, as every headlight ages differently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeadlightRx’s liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

 

8. Refund Policy (Summary)

Due to the nature of restoration services, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered when:

• A service was not performed, or

• A scheduling/payment error occurred

Dissatisfaction due to natural limitations of the headlight, expected longevity, or weather-related conditions does not qualify for a refund.
