HeadlightRX is not responsible for issues related to pre-existing damage, internal condensation, cracks, electrical problems, or any unforeseen after-effects unrelated to the performed restoration. By using our services or website, you agree that HeadlightRX, its employees, and its contractors are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from service performance or website use.

By booking a service with HeadlightRx, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All services are performed on an as-is basis, and results may vary depending on the condition, age, and prior damage of the headlights. While our Basic, Plus, and Elite packages include estimated longevity ranges, these are not guarantees, as factors such as UV exposure, vehicle maintenance, previous headlight repairs, environmental conditions, and improper care may affect durability. HeadlightRx is not responsible for pre-existing damage, internal moisture, cracking, failing seals, aftermarket lenses, or structural defects that may limit results or re-oxidize over time. By authorizing service, the vehicle owner acknowledges that wet sanding and restoration—while safe when performed correctly—can expose underlying manufacturer defects or prior damage not visible beforehand. HeadlightRx is not liable for incidental wear, unexpected material failure, or cosmetic imperfections revealed during the restoration process. Payment is due at the time of service, and all sales are final. By using this website or booking a service, you release HeadlightRx and its technicians from liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
